Allwear Refund & Return Policy
Didn’t find exactly what you’re looking for? We want you to be thrilled with your Allwear purchase.
If you don't love it, simply send it back by entering the Returns Portal. Whenever in doubt, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to fix any issues that you have. Our easy return policy gives you 60 days from receiving your product to send it back to us with free return shipping*.

Allwear Return Guidelines:
If an item is flawed, please contact us ASAP and we will make sure our team fixes the situation for you. Our return policy is 60 days after the delivery of your order and includes the following:
- Must be returned in original bags. (The product bags)
- Make sure the clothes have not been worn/and or used or washed.
- All items are inspected before action is taken.
- Post-purchase unlocks are not eligible for returns.
- You are not eligible for a refund while the package is in transit.
- Shipping insurance covers anything that happens in the transit of the package. This does not include wrong addresses or stolen packages.
- We do not offer exchanges at this time.
- All returns are refunded in store credit only.
- You cannot cancel or change an order after 6 hours of purchase.
- Items that are listed *Final Sale* are not eligible for return.
Follow these steps to initiate your Allwear return
1. Enter the returns portal and fill out each step. Once your return has been approved, you will then receive your pre-paid shipping label through email.
2. Send back the package to the returns address listed below.
3. Once the return has been processed, you will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.
