Didn’t find exactly what you’re looking for? We want you to be thrilled with your Allwear purchase. 

If you don't love it, simply send it back by entering theReturns Portal.  Whenever in doubt, contact us at support@allwear.com and we will do our best to fix any issues that you have. Our easy return policy gives you 60 days from receiving your product to send it back to us —100% free*.

*Items must be unworn and unwashed with the original labels attached. Free returns available for U.S. Orders only.

 

Allwear Return Guidelines:

If an item is flawed, we’re extremely sorry. Please contact us ASAP and we will make sure our team fixes the situation for you. Our return policy is 60 days after the delivery of your order and includes the following:

  • Must be returned in original bags. (The product bags)
  • Make sure the clothes have not been worn/and or used or washed.
  • All items are inspected before action is taken.
  • Post-purchase unlocks are not eligible for returns. 
  • You are not eligible for a refund while the package is in transit.
  • Shipping insurance covers anything that happens in the transit of the package. This does not include wrong addresses or stolen packages. 
  • We do not offer exchanges, only refunds at this time.
  • You cannot cancel or change an order after 6 hours of purchase.
  • Items that are listed *Final Sale* are not eligible for return.

 

Follow these steps to initiate your Allwear return

1. Enter the returns portal and fill out each step. Once your return has been approved, you will see the return address to return your order. Also, the return address is listed at the bottom of this page as well.

2. Send back the package to the returns address listed below. A tracking number of the returned package is recommended. All customers are responsible for the returns postage.

3. All Returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code that will be sent to your email after the return has been processed.
