After a 1-3 day processing time (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays U.S residents delivery times for standard shipping are 7-10 working days for both International and US customers. Express shipping is 1-3 Working Days for both International and domestic orders. You will be sent your shipping details once the item has been shipped and may track your package on our site.

Unfortunately, you cannot cancel or change your order after 6 hours of purchase. If you would like to cancel or change any element in the order it must be done before the deadline arrives. If you would still like a refund after the deadline you will have to wait till the package is received and send it back while abiding to the return and refund policy guidelines.

What couriers are you using during this time?
Currently, we are strictly using FEDEX, DHL and USPS for all deliveries.
Are you taking safety precautions?
We are taking every precautionary measure to keep our customers and staff safe during this time. We are making sure that every worker is practicing social distancing as well as proper sanitary measures including masks, gloves and disinfecting materials through all of our Athlete Body facilities.
Also, we want to assure you that according to the CDC there is no evidence of the spread of COVID-19 through packages.
Are returns normal?
Yes, returns are as normal. You still have 60 days to return your items from whenever your package is delivered.

Please check with other members of your family and neighbors to see if one of them could have received it and put it in your house.
It also could still be at your local post office awaiting your pickup. You may also contact USPS to officially put them on notice and let them know that your package was never delivered providing them with the tracking number. Just dial 1-800-ASK-USPS or contact your local Post Office. This has to be done by you at the delivery address and they will start a Postal Investigation as postal theft is a federal crime and they do investigate your claim.
Sometimes the tracking can be ahead of delivery and can come a day or 2 after. If it has still not come after 2 days, it’s at the post office most likely due to the courier not being able to get to your doorstep for some reason. Unfortunately, if that is the case the package will have to be picked up at the post office.
On our end, we shipped it to the shipping address on the order, but unfortunately, we have no control over instances with couriers such as this one.

We are sorry to hear that, please make sure you look at our complete return & refund policy. There, you will find the return address as well as the rest of the return guidelines. Once we have received your product we will send you a email letting you know that we have recieved the return and we are refunding your payment.
